We have deep and broad expertise in the food industry and have built up extensive experience and a wide network over the years. We can take on various roles in product development, packaging development, Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs, Quality Control and Process & Production. We can take a product all the way from idea to market as well as being a reinforcement with specialist expertise. We are used to acting as advisors in specific situations, such as when choosing technology & materials, test methods and everything else that is part of the production and product development process.

PRODUCT, QUALITY & SAFETY

We have many years of experience in food legislation and focus on the legislative requirements for the process and delivery of a safe product.

Some examples of roles and/or tasks that we can take on are:

  • Drive or support product development or packaging development
  • Provide support in proofreading recipes and printed materials, labeling, ingredient lists  
  • Support in updating the company's existing HACCP plan, development of quality systems, development of procedures according to BRC, risk analyses 
  • Provide support with audits and government contact and conduct supplier assessments  
  • Provide knowledge support to production with a focus on improving and implementing routines and instructions 
  • Lead or participate in improvement projects regarding products, raw materials, packaging and processes 
  • Routine laboratory work or setting up tests based on current directives and requirements 
  • Standards: BRC, IP Food, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000

PROCESS & PRODUCTION

  • Lead or participate in work with process and production facilities. Develop specifications for equipment, perform risk assessments, design process lines, perform process modeling (document process and information flows), work according to standards and requirements for manufacturing
