My passion is solving problems and finding ways forward in the medical technology world, ensuring that cutting-edge products are safe to use, perform as promised and actually reach the market. For more than twenty years, I have supported large and small companies and entrepreneurs in areas such as product development, quality and regulatory issues. I specialize in design control, regulatory compliance and remediation, as well as finding and creating the right level of documentation and content for CE marking and FDA approval, which also adds value to the business.

I am driven by helping companies develop, from small changes to large transformations. With over 10 years of experience in turn-key deliveries to various food companies, a great passion for finding and delivering the best solutions for customers has emerged. As a technical project manager, I am passionate about bringing teams together and getting groups to work towards common goals. For me, responsiveness is an important word, the team comes before the self.
My biggest drive is to find connections – to start new projects and match the right people to create synergy, success and long-term relationships. I enjoy being close to my clients and my employees and adapt my work to meet their needs in the best way.
I see people as the most important factor for success and strongly believe that good collaboration can change everything. For me, it's also about laughing together and creating a culture where we can both perform at our best and have fun along the way.
